Finishing Carpenter

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpenter to produce and install high‑quality furniture and joinery items for our projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will work from shop drawings to deliver precise, finished products while maintaining a safe, organized workshop.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wooden components and other joinery materials.
• Fabricate, erect and install furniture, cabinets, and structural wood elements.
• Install hardware and fittings, ensuring proper alignment and operation.
• Inspect finished work to meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture, wood, and joinery work, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Well‑organized with a solid technical mindset.

Required skills

• Joinery and wood‑working techniques.
• Reading and interpreting shop drawings.
• Use of woodworking machines and hand tools.
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing hardware.
• Knowledge of wood properties and other joinery materials.
