About the role
Assess individuals' fitness levels, develop personalized exercise programs, and provide fitness counseling for guests at W Hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Assess current exercise programs and fitness levels to create personalized plans.
- Provide advice on proper use of fitness equipment and schedule recreation activities.
- Maintain recreation area supplies, report equipment issues, and ensure a safe, fun environment.
- Process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
Required skills
- Fitness equipment operation.
- Point of sale system usage.
