About the role

Assess individuals' fitness levels, develop personalized exercise programs, and provide fitness counseling for guests at W Hotels.

Key responsibilities

Assess current exercise programs and fitness levels to create personalized plans.
Provide advice on proper use of fitness equipment and schedule recreation activities.
Maintain recreation area supplies, report equipment issues, and ensure a safe, fun environment.
Process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee coaching.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than 1 year of related work experience.
CPR and First Aid certifications.

Required skills

Fitness equipment operation.
Point of sale system usage.
