About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Fitness Instructor to join its Leisure Team. You will deliver high‑quality guest‑relation services within the health and fitness environment, ensuring a welcoming and safe experience for all members and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in line with LQA standards, providing information on Beach Club services and fitness activities.
• Maintain safe operation of the Fitness Suites, following Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans.
• Supervise and support guests during fitness suite use, offering basic assistance and guidance.
• Report daily to the Fitness Supervisor on operational matters and guest feedback.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that encourages member engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in a fitness or health‑club setting.
• Strong interpersonal and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team that values integrity, respect, and a growth mindset.
• Commitment to upholding luxury hospitality standards.
