Fit‑out Project Manager – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

The Fit‑out Project Manager will lead high‑end interior fit‑out works for luxury villa developments, ensuring superior quality, precision, and delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. The role involves close collaboration with clients to meet the premium standards for which BG Group is recognised.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of villa fit‑out projects from design review to handover.
• Validate drawings, BOQs and specifications for feasibility and compliance.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety.
• Approve materials, finishes and mock‑ups in line with luxury standards.
• Identify and resolve design or site issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Lead progress meetings and produce regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and local regulations.
• Manage handover, including completion of snag lists to client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 10 years of fit‑out project management experience on luxury villa projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination and high‑end finishing works.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
