Fixer/Installer – Wallpaper, Carpet & Parquet

About the role

Lions Pro LLC is seeking experienced Fixers/Installers to join its Dubai team. You will specialize in installing wallpaper, carpet, and parquet flooring for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring high‑quality finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Install materials according to project specifications and drawings.
• Take accurate measurements and prepare surfaces before installation.
• Deliver neat, high‑quality finishing for wallpaper, carpet tiles, rolls, parquet, and wooden flooring.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly.
• Identify and resolve basic site issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a wallpaper, carpet, or parquet fixer.
• Good knowledge of installation techniques and tools.
• Ability to read basic measurements and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work at different project sites across Dubai/UAE.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
