Flavorist II – Savory Flavor Creation

About the role

International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a talented Flavorist II to join its creative centre in Dubai. You will independently design high‑quality savory flavors and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for regional and global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine savory flavor concepts using sensory expertise and raw‑material knowledge.
• Formulate flavors with established and emerging technologies, exploring new molecules and delivery systems.
• Manage mid‑level creative briefs autonomously while coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Engage with customers to translate brand needs into impactful flavor solutions.
• Support knowledge‑sharing by coaching junior team members and participating in technical exchanges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Food Technology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–6 years of hands‑on savory flavor creation experience.
• Proven ability to work independently on regional and global projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
