Flight Manager (Revenue Management)

About the role

The Flight Manager (Revenue Management) will optimise flight‑level demand acceptance, pricing and capacity to maximise revenue for Etihad Airways. You will work closely with Demand, Pricing and Group teams to align actions and drive revenue growth across the flight portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust overbooking levels and decrement settings to manage capacity effectively.
• Correct post‑departure data issues and apply forecasting adjustments to improve show‑up accuracy.
• Collaborate with Network Planning and Network Revenue Optimisation to ensure optimal capacity utilisation and evaluate operational adjustments.
• Provide tactical capacity upgrade recommendations for peak periods, supported by revenue forecasts.
• Review flight‑monitoring dashboards during holidays and special events, identify root causes of booking variances and recommend actions.
• Manage availability at flight‑departure level during high‑demand periods to prevent overheating or stalling alerts.

Required profile

• At least 60 months (5 years) of experience in revenue management or a related aviation function.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams such as Demand, Pricing and Group.
