Chief Executive Officer – ITS Mobility Division

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the ITS Mobility Division, driving the end‑to‑end delivery, operation and strategic growth of Intelligent Transportation Systems across Abu Dhabi. This senior position reports to senior leadership and is responsible for shaping the future of smart mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee turn‑key delivery, installation, commissioning and O&M of ITS projects for signalized intersections, tunnels and related infrastructure.
• Manage major project execution, upgrades, replacements and system enhancement programmes for Abu Dhabi Mobility and other strategic clients.
• Develop new technology and business opportunities in AI‑based detection, V2X/CCAM, digital twins, IoT and smart infrastructure.
• Coordinate with technology partners, OEMs and solution providers to introduce innovative, locally relevant mobility solutions.
• Strengthen client relationships, ensure technical governance, project performance and team capability for long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE (Emirati nationality acceptable).
• Proven senior‑level leadership experience in mobility, transportation, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong strategic, operational and commercial leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale businesses and multidisciplinary teams.
