Floor Manager for a Modern Café

About the role

Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café that blends French Riviera spirit with everyday urban life. We are seeking a Floor Manager to own the guest experience and ensure every shift runs smoothly, from the first cover to the last goodbye.

Key responsibilities

• Set the standard for guest satisfaction by handling concerns calmly and following up on feedback.
• Lead, brief, train and motivate the front‑of‑house team daily, maintaining high energy and consistent standards.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the menu, drinks and brand story, ensuring the team does the same.
• Oversee full floor operations, coordinating with kitchen and bar, managing service flow and timing.
• Ensure mise en place, table settings, cleanliness and brand presentation are flawless before guests arrive.
• Stay calm under pressure, solve problems proactively and know when to escalate issues.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of supervisory or front‑of‑house managerial experience in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
• Fluent English; French, another European language or Arabic is a plus.
• Strong ability to mentor, lead by example and maintain high service standards.
