Floor Supervisor – Luxury Dining

About the role

AlphaMind Group is looking for a proactive Floor Supervisor to lead daily floor operations in a high‑end dining environment. You will ensure an exceptional guest experience by overseeing service flow, maintaining luxury standards, and supporting the service team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor operations during service to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, etiquette, grooming, and presentation in line with luxury brand expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate waitstaff, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
• Engage with guests, handle inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally and discreetly.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and regular patrons.
• Monitor table turns, reservations, seating plans, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service.
• Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and SOP standards at all times.
• Assist management with daily briefings, shift reports, and performance feedback.
• Support upselling initiatives and ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, wine, and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or high‑end restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of wine and luxury service standards.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
