Food & Beverage Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Anantara Downtown Dubai, part of a global luxury hotel brand rooted in Thai culture, is looking for a Food & Beverage Attendant to act as a hospitality ambassador. You will be on the front line of guest interactions, delivering prompt and courteous service in the resort’s dining outlets. Your performance will directly influence guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across all food and beverage departments to ensure timely and efficient operation of outlets.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, services and resort facilities to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist guests with menu selections, answer queries and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, handling cash and POS transactions.
• Uphold a safe, hygienic work environment and respect guest privacy at all times.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including stock checks and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong team‑player attitude.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
