Food & Beverage Captain

About the role

The Food & Beverage Captain will lead the Guest Service team in delivering memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff, you will ensure service standards are met, guests are attended to promptly, and the overall atmosphere reflects Sheraton’s brand of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and in‑room dining areas.
• Set tables, manage seating arrangements, and ensure all service stations are stocked and organized.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and monitor the timing of food delivery.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all service areas.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic financial transactions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg unaided (50 kg with assistance).
