Food & Beverage Coach – Lounge (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Coach to join the lounge team at our flagship property in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service standards, supporting the team, and ensuring memorable guest experiences in a 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all operational tasks in F&B service while adhering to brand standards and procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and implement effective service recovery.
• Communicate proactively with fellow team members, always prioritising the guest’s interests.

Required profile

• Genuine service‑oriented personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality setting.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong English communication skills.
