About the role
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Food & Beverage Host you’ll brighten guests’ days by delivering memorable food and drink experiences that enhance every stay.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make meals special.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to detail.
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
- Integrity, teamwork and ownership mindset.
Required skills
- Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards.
