Food & Beverage Intern – Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant Food & Beverage team at the iconic Palm Jumeirah hotel and gain hands‑on experience across bars, restaurants, room service and events. You will help create memorable moments for guests while learning the full spectrum of hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through all F&B outlets – bar, restaurant, room service and event catering.
• Greet guests, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Set up and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins and placing tableware.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
