About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring smooth operations across all food and beverage outlets. This role combines guest interaction with staff leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that upholds the core value of “TEAM”.

Key responsibilities

Supervise day‑to‑day activities and support operations in all food and beverage outlets.
Develop innovative programs and promotions to increase guest patronage and drive revenue.
Assist with financial budgeting and cost‑control initiatives to maximise profitability.

Required profile

Minimum 1–2 years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
Flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
Strong ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise workload.
