About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring smooth operations across all food and beverage outlets. This role combines guest interaction with staff leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that upholds the core value of “TEAM”.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities and support operations in all food and beverage outlets.
- Develop innovative programs and promotions to increase guest patronage and drive revenue.
- Assist with financial budgeting and cost‑control initiatives to maximise profitability.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Strong ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise workload.
