Food & Beverage Reservations Agent

About the role

The Food & Beverage Reservations Agent supports the hotel’s dining outlets by managing all reservation enquiries across phone, email and online channels. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service while converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle online bookings, email and phone reservations for the hotel’s restaurants.
• Review reservation reports for accuracy and ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
• Promote loyalty programmes and upsell appropriate F&B products.
• Address guest concerns or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Prepare proposals, pro‑forma invoices and process payments for special events and group bookings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current promotions, activations and partnerships.
• Collaborate with other departments when needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Professional grooming and a positive attitude aligned with hotel standards.
• Strong understanding of hotel products and services.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt sales techniques to guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills for handling enquiries and complaints.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reservation handling.
