About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Expert delivers memorable dining experiences for guests at Aloft Hotels, Dubai. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
- Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to special requests.
- Maintain a tidy work area, restock supplies, and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands.
