About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi as an intern, gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel restaurant environment. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and seasoned staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized service to guests, taking orders accurately and offering menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
• Support the team in daily operations, including setting up and clearing tables.

Required profile

• Currently studying hospitality management or a related field, or eager to start a career in hospitality.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
