About the role

Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly. They support tasks such as setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, contributing to a memorable guest experience at W Hotels in Dubai. The role requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies, and presenting a professional appearance and communication at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables and dining areas according to service standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and ensure work areas are clean and stocked.
• Replenish supplies, manage inventory of linens, utensils, and other service items.
• Perform physical duties such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unassisted, 50 lb with assistance), and handling objects safely.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards during all service activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; previous experience in a food and beverage environment is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, walk and move on sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
