About the role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. The Demi Chef de Partie assists in the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the outlet while adhering to the hotel's standards and financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers.
- Assist in the kitchen, contributing to the outlet's overall success and complying with hotel standards and financial objectives.
Required profile
- Two years of experience as a Commis Chef in a hotel or restaurant with good standards.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 EMS standards and ability to follow environmental management procedures.
