About the role
The Guest Service Support Expert ensures smooth food and beverage operations in a Latin American restaurant, delivering memorable experiences for guests while maintaining high standards of safety and service.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas and replenish supplies.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (up to 50 lb with assistance).
- Read and verify menu information, and support guests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required; previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
- Physical capability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed.
