About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant Food & Beverage team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Waiter/Waitress at the Claw BBQ outlet. You will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and anticipate their needs.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
