Food Runner

About the role

Nusr‑Et is seeking a motivated Food Runner to support its fine‑dining service. You will be the link between the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring guests receive their dishes promptly, beautifully presented, and at the right temperature.

Key responsibilities

• Transport food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately, maintaining presentation and temperature.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and resolve discrepancies.
• Uphold quality and aesthetic standards when handling dishes and interacting with guests.
• Respond courteously to guest inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members.
• Assist with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and keeping service stations clean.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑end or fine‑dining environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting while maintaining composure.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk for long periods and carry trays safely.
• Good command of English; additional languages (French, Arabic, Russian, Spanish) are a plus.

• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients (training provided).
