Food Services Supervisor

About the role

The Food Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and coaching the food service team to deliver impeccable service standards. You will ensure that every guest interaction reflects the luxury brand’s commitment to excellence and that operational processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Project a pleasant and professional image to all contacts at all times.
• Manage cultural needs and expectations of guests, providing personalized service.
• Identify upselling opportunities and drive additional revenue.
• Adhere to billing policies and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain punctual attendance for each shift and oversee team punctuality.
• Foster positive teamwork and ensure timely delivery of orders to guests.
• Arrange sensible meal breaks for team members and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Coach existing team members, conduct daily briefings, and prepare staff rosters.
• Uphold The St. Regis service standards, including telephone etiquette.
• Prepare requested reports and perform additional duties within the F&B department.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of related experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing a food service team.
