Foreman – Construction Crew Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead construction crews in Dubai for STRUCTURAL, a specialist concrete repair and maintenance contractor. The role involves supervising field teams on projects such as concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in commercial and industrial settings.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site field crews and accurately estimate labour requirements.
• Develop crew schedules and ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
• Prepare daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management.
• Ensure safe and productive use of tools and equipment by all crew members.
• Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates and related project data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of general construction experience, including at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontractor oversight.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contract specifications.
• Experience producing look‑ahead schedules and communicating effectively with customers, crews and project teams.
• Basic computer and construction‑math skills; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
