Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

HappyRobot is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join its Dubai team. The role blends strong technical expertise with direct customer interaction to help enterprises adopt and maximise the value of its AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, integrating and optimising AI solutions.
• Develop new features, MVPs and scalable full‑stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Design, implement and iterate AI/ML components, including LLM prompting, voice tuning and transcription services.
• Manage API integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with third‑party systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prioritise and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end software solutions in fast‑paced environments.
