Forward Deployed Software Engineer

About the role

Northslope Technologies is looking for a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work directly with customers in Abu Dhabi. You will translate business challenges into production‑grade AI‑enabled applications that drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand critical objectives and design end‑to‑end solutions.
• Architect, develop, and maintain custom applications that process large structured and unstructured data sets.
• Build operationalized workflows that enable executives and operators to act on data quickly.
• Iterate rapidly, prototype from scratch, and embed within customer teams to accelerate transformation.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, from concept through production deployment and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Passion for solving hard customer problems and delivering tangible business value.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently while collaborating with diverse technical and non‑technical teammates.
• Proven track record of shipping production code that influences real‑world outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience building applications that handle large structured and unstructured datasets in a production environment.
