Founder’s Assistant – Content & Operations

About the role

Kinderventures is seeking a proactive Founder’s Assistant to support the founder across multiple fast‑moving projects and brands. The role blends content creation, social media management, and operational coordination, offering a hands‑on experience in a family‑focused venture environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit simple behind‑the‑scenes videos and reels using tools like CapCut.
• Organize, schedule, and upload content to social media platforms and maintain content calendars.
• Research suppliers, products, and service providers; maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Follow up with vendors, assist with launch plans, events, and special initiatives.
• Compile ideas, references, and inspiration boards into actionable items.
• Conduct research, summarize findings, and support various creative and operational projects as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in content, operations, administration, coordination, marketing, or a startup setting (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
• Excellent organization and attention‑to‑detail.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using Canva, Google Workspace, social‑media apps, and basic video‑editing tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
