Social Media Manager (Trend‑Savvy & Creative)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, trend‑savvy Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture. You will shape and amplify our brand’s voice across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other platforms, turning emerging trends into scroll‑stopping content.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily posting and content planning on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create fresh, engaging content that reflects the brand voice and retains follower interest.
• Identify and adapt viral sounds, memes, and challenges quickly to our niche.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to bring ideas to life.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in an on‑brand manner.
• Analyze performance metrics, provide insights, and optimise for growth.
• Launch and manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach and performance.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing social media for brands or creators.
• Deep immersion in social media culture with a keen sense of humor and strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced digital environment.
• Bonus: experience growing accounts from scratch, on‑camera comfort, or knowledge of influencer marketing.
