FP&A and Performance Lead

About the role

Based in Dubai, the FP&A and Performance Lead will head the Group's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities. Reporting to the Group CFO, the role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver insight, drive performance and support strategic decisions across a multi‑entity organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and rolling‑forecast cycles.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring robust planning, consolidation and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, KPIs and monthly/quarterly management reporting packs.
• Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights, drive performance analysis and recommend actions to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals, including revenue, cost, headcount, capex and cash‑flow planning.
• Support medium‑ and long‑term financial planning, strategic initiatives, investment modelling and post‑investment performance monitoring.
• Evaluate profitability of customers, contracts, business units and service lines.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports for senior leadership and Board meetings.
