FP&A and Performance Lead

About the role

Based in Dubai, the FP&A and Performance Lead will head the Group's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the role partners with senior leadership to deliver insight, drive performance and support strategic decisions across a complex, multi‑entity organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring robust planning, consolidation and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage periodic forecasting and rolling‑forecast cycles, identifying risks, opportunities and performance trends.
• Develop medium‑ and long‑term financial plans aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to create revenue, cost, headcount, capex and cash‑flow plans.
• Drive group‑wide financial performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc management reporting packs.
• Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and prior‑year results, leading variance analysis.
• Facilitate regular business performance reviews and track agreed actions.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insight for investments, M&A and business cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management within a large, multi‑entity organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior executives and board members.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable financial insight.
