FP&A Manager – Africa, Levant & Gulf Markets

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be based in Dubai and support Abbott Nutrition’s operations across Africa, the Levant and other Gulf markets. You will partner with commercial and functional teams to provide financial insight that drives sustainable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business functions to deliver FP&A support and strategic financial guidance.
• Lead the ANI Commercial Finance team in Africa, Levant and Gulf markets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and long‑term financial analyses and reports for internal and regional stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation of financial reporting.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses as required by leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience (approximately 60 months).
• Strong business partnering and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
