Head of Performance Controlling – MEA

About the role

The MEA Head of Performance Controlling will lead finance processes for the DX Zone MEA business unit, reporting to the DX MEA Zone Head of Finance. This senior position is based in Dubai and involves steering financial performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial closings, reporting and performance reviews for the MEA business unit.
• Provide management with insightful financial analyses, transparent performance reporting and forward‑looking business steering.
• Manage a team of approximately five finance professionals across multiple locations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly commentary, financial bridges, legal‑entity reviews and ad‑hoc requests.
• Shape and continuously improve the finance operating model, leveraging digital technologies, automation, advanced analytics and AI.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, performance controlling or corporate controlling, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing, international finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable interacting with senior management.
