FP&A Manager – Healthcare Finance

About the role

FP&A is the forward‑looking engine of HealthHub’s finance function, responsible for planning, forecasting and turning financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and business performance. The FP&A Manager will partner closely with finance and operations to deliver robust analysis, financial modelling and commercial insights across a growing network of clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business strategy and operational drivers such as patient volumes and utilisation.
• Track actuals versus budget, provide variance analysis and deliver actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new services and investment cases, including ROI and sensitivity analysis.
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into commercial insights supporting decision‑making.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, dashboards and insights for leadership discussions and business planning.
• Continuously enhance FP&A processes, governance and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a healthcare environment (clinics, hospitals or healthcare groups).
• Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CFA preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
