FP&A Manager – Real Estate & Contracting

About the role

The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, analysis and reporting for Al Futtaim's real‑estate and contracting operations in the region. Based in Dubai, the role supports senior leadership with data‑driven insights, builds budgets and forecasts, and ensures financial strategies align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Flash Performance reports and Business Review packs for senior leadership.
• Gather collection and payment insights, manage cash‑flow uploads into Anaplan, and support cash‑forecast meetings.
• Lead annual budget and 3‑year financial plan creation, and collate quarterly forecasts in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis, identify overhead anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify automation opportunities, participate in AI trainings and apply learnings to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Professional finance qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent).
• 3‑5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in the contracting industry.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud; familiarity with Anaplan is a plus.
• Regional work experience is advantageous.
