Freelance Event & Marketing Support – Dubai/Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are a growing marketing agency with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi seeking a proactive freelancer to support an upcoming major media and communications exhibition and ongoing agency activities. This short‑term role offers hands‑on experience in event execution, lead generation, and content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support at the Abu Dhabi exhibition (8–10 December).
• Engage with potential leads and assist with lead‑generation activities during the event.
• Capture basic visual content (photos, video, social snippets) from the exhibition.
• Assist with pre‑event and post‑event marketing and content creation.
• Offer general account and marketing support to help the agency scale.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an agency environment (account executive/manager, marketing coordinator, or similar) or strong freelance background.
• Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, or able to attend the event in person.
• Proactive, resourceful, organised and ready to “get stuck in”.
• Comfortable speaking with potential clients and supporting business‑development activities.
• Creatively minded with an understanding of content ideas.
• Familiarity with AI‑tool automation or workflow optimisation is a plus.
