Freelance Graphic Designer - On-Site Event

About the role

A freelance graphic designer is sought to support an event with strong visual storytelling and playful brand expression. You will manage all graphic outputs for the event, keeping brand consistency, production accuracy and timely delivery across print, venue graphics and digital platforms. This is an on-site freelance role based in the office, with possible on-ground support at the event site during the contract.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt event brand applications across all touchpoints
• Prepare print-ready production files (large format, signage, vinyls, boards, wayfinding, etc.)
• Design and execute graphics across the venue, ensuring visual consistency and scale accuracy
• Create social media graphics aligned with the event's visual language
• Design event collaterals such as invitations, badges, lanyards, programs and giveaways
• Coordinate with production teams on specs, formats and timelines
• Run final artwork checks before production and installation
• Maintain clean file structure and archive files for handover after the event

Required profile

• 5-7+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in events, exhibitions or brand activations
• Strong understanding of print production and file preparation
• Ability to apply playful, engaging brand systems across physical and digital formats
• Experience designing for large-scale environments and on-ground event assets
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines and multiple deliverables
• Arabic is preferred
