About the role
CXG is a global customer experience agency servicing premium and luxury brands, helping them turn transactional moments into emotional experiences. With a network of over 170 experts across 70 countries, CXG evaluates brand experiences and develops programs to foster strong experience cultures. They are now seeking Emirati nationals who are passionate luxury shoppers to act as evaluators, providing feedback on their experiences in assigned luxury stores.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in assigned stores such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches or cars.
- Provide detailed feedback on the customer experience to help improve service excellence.
- Share observations with CXG to support the development of stronger brand experience programs.
Required profile
- Keen attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and organized.
