Graduate Proposal Specialist (UAE Nationals)

About the role

As a Graduate Proposal Specialist you will work with the business line growth team and operations to support winning new work. You will lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs, applying standard pursuit processes to ensure schedule efficiency and bid compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with small to medium proposals, LOIs and SOQs and support capture teams during pre‑RFP planning.
• Create proposal schedules, templates and compliance matrices, managing content development timelines.
• Write, edit and format resumes and past‑performance sections for proposals.
• Participate in Pink and Red team reviews, coordinate proposal review meetings and ensure client requirements are met.
• Implement proposal and presentation revisions based on review team feedback.
• Support Go/No‑Go and green‑light analysis and maintain CRM data.
• Participate in internal debriefs as part of the pursuit team.
• Perform self‑checks of work before submission for review.

Required profile

• UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow RFI/RFQ/RFP instructions and compliance requirements.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to track deadlines under supervision.
• Foundational analytical and research skills, interest in market research and competitive intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn proposal templates.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
