Freelance Recruiter – Remote (UAE) – No Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for a motivated freelance recruiter to join Mercier Consultancy’s remote team in the United Arab Emirates. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into talent acquisition for the booming Customer Support Services sector, with no prior recruiting experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract high‑volume candidates for English‑speaking customer support roles using innovative outreach methods.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit for entry‑level and mid‑senior positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date talent pipeline in internal databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application process.
• Collaborate with the Mercier Consultancy team to refine sourcing strategies for BPO clients.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport and residency in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong desire to learn recruitment for the Customer Support Services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to manage own schedule.
