Fresh Graduate - UAE National (Rotational Programme)

About the role

A permanent entry-level rotational programme in Dubai is open to motivated UAE nationals who are fresh graduates. The role provides technical support across marketing, sales, finance, HR, legal, compliance, retail, operations and IT, with hands-on experience, development of core technical and soft skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical communication and documentation between departments
• Assist with administrative and organisational tasks across marketing, HR, sales and operations
• Support the preparation and maintenance of finance, accounting and compliance records
• Work with relationship officers on client inquiries and customer service requests
• Help run marketing and retail campaigns, including tracking and reporting results
• Gather and organise documentation for legal and compliance reviews
• Provide basic IT and systems support, including troubleshooting and user assistance
• Share status updates and coordinate project activities
• Assist with wholesale banking and finance processes such as transaction tracking and reporting

Required profile

• UAE national with 0-2 years of experience or a fresh graduate
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT or a related field
• Basic understanding of banking, finance, retail and compliance processes
• Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
