Project Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

Egis Group is hiring a motivated and organized UAE National as a Project Coordinator in Dubai. This is an entry-level position within the company's Emiratization initiative, aimed at candidates who want to start or develop a career in project administration and coordination. The coordinator supports project teams with documentation, scheduling, reporting and communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support project managers with day-to-day project coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, records and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.
• Track project progress and update reporting templates.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and project documents.
• Liaise with internal departments and monitor action items with stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
• Assist with procurement, logistics and administrative activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• High school diploma, diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and work in a team.
• Good written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
