Front Desk & Member Experience Executive

About the role

The Front Desk & Member Experience Executive will be the first point of contact for members, guests and prospective customers at a premium fitness, sports and wellness facility in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures smooth daily reception operations while delivering a welcoming, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members, visitors and prospective customers professionally.
• Manage daily reception and front‑desk operations, including member check‑ins.
• Process cash, bills, cheques and other approved transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages and direct enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of facility services, class schedules, promotions and events.
• Provide clear information to members and visitors and handle general enquiries, requests and concerns.
• Assist Membership Sales with facility tours and promote fitness events, classes and campaigns.
• Coordinate with Membership Sales, Fitness, Operations and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception environment.
• Protect confidential member and company information and escalate complaints or operational concerns as needed.

Required profile

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal communication.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to remain calm during busy periods.
• Comfortable handling cash and other approved financial transactions.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
