About the role
Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island as a Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk reception services, including guest check‑in and check‑out.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate guest records and complete required audits.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with telephone operations and manage incoming calls.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
