Front Desk Receptionist – Dubai

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff at Millennium Hotels and Resorts in Dubai. This role ensures a welcoming atmosphere while providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness, organization, and security protocols.
• Handle visitor and contractor check‑in/check‑out processes and keep accurate records of appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference‑room bookings, and related logistics.
• Arrange travel, prepare purchase requests, and liaise with vendors.
• Prepare courier shipments, update office directories, and manage office supplies inventory.
• Support the Chairman’s office with mail distribution, lunch and beverage arrangements, and maintenance requests.
• Assist the Commercial Department with quotations, purchase orders, and vendor invoice approvals.
