Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will ensure a smooth and premium experience for visitors while supporting daily clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, courteous manner.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry in the system.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal teams for seamless operations.
• Process billing, payments, and generate invoices.
• Assist walk‑in clients, guiding them on services and treatments.
• Keep the reception area clean and uphold a premium clinic environment.
• Support customer service initiatives and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a receptionist, front‑desk executive, or customer‑service representative, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with appointment booking systems.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of billing and payment handling.
