Front End Developer

About the role

ParamInfo is looking for a Front End Developer to join its Dubai team. You will work on web‑based GIS applications, creating responsive user interfaces and integrating mapping services. The role requires strong JavaScript expertise and a solid understanding of modern front‑end frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Bootstrap and jQuery.
• Consume and integrate SOAP and REST web services.
• Implement GIS functionality with ArcGIS JavaScript API, Google Maps API and Here Maps API.
• Apply object‑oriented design principles and design patterns to build reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into system designs.
• Configure and support web servers such as IIS and Apache.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security controls.
• Document code, architecture decisions and user guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in front‑end development.
• Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) and libraries (Bootstrap, jQuery).
• Familiarity with GIS mapping APIs (ArcGIS, Google Maps, Here Maps).
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and server environments (IIS, Apache).
• Understanding of object‑oriented design concepts and patterns.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Microsoft TFS, DevOps).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
